Summation User SupportSLS endorses CT Summation products by providing an in depth local support service which covers a majority of the issues that can arise, whether related to Summation or network. We provide support via email and telephone. If a situation arises that requires a greater level of support, we will meet onsite to work with the IT team and/or client to ensure that all systems are functioning or external problems are resolved. Further support is available directly with CT Summation (maintenance contract required). This gives users a direct point of communication with the developers.
