Training


We offer comprehensive levels of training to support all CT Summation litigation support software packages.

Our hands-on training has been developed to educate inexperienced beginners through to intermediate and advanced levels. As certified trainers and end users, we are able to provide a functional training format. We take trainees through each step, providing useful tips and end user advice to ensure improvement at every level.

Each training session is client specific and generally carried out using a current case to ensure users are immediately able to apply and take on board the skills that they specifically require.

Summation User Support


SLS endorses CT Summation products by providing an in depth local support service which covers a majority of the issues that can arise, whether related to Summation or network. We provide support via email and telephone. If a situation arises that requires a greater level of support, we will meet onsite to work with the IT team and/or client to ensure that all systems are functioning or external problems are resolved.

Further support is available directly with CT Summation (maintenance contract required). This gives users a direct point of communication with the developers.
